Weather for Haz-Mat Response
The above portable wireless monitor senses phosgene
and chlorine with GPS data at a major chemical plant in
the Netherlands.  The data is transmitted back to the
control room where it interfaces with Safer Dispersion
Modeling Software with Geographic Information System.
Gastronics also assisted in the coordination of the VHF
radio license for this customer.
The above portable wireless monitor and base station
incorporates a multi-gas monitor which transmits gas
readings, alarm statuses and GPS data to the portable
base station for logging on EVENTS Scada Software.
This system is used by a Hazardous Materials Response
Team in North Carolina.
